Unlimited Services Package (USP)

d8n is the software; every rollout needs tuning to a specific company. The d8n team takes this on under a USP subscription — with no spec for every change.

Why USP

(1) d8n gives you the software — ready solutions, AI agents and a no-code builder. (2) But every process in a company is unique: its own regulations, roles, routes and integrations. (3) Adaptation and evolution are done by the d8n team under the USP model — continuously, with no spec per change. To enable any catalog solution and tune it for you, you need a package from USP Standart and above.

Unlimited services package

A subscription to evolve the system for you. No hour counting, no specs for every tweak: the package defines the task class, parallel tasks and start SLA — the d8n team builds processes, tunes solutions and trains agents continuously.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Unlimited Services Package (USP)?

A subscription to the d8n team’s adaptation and evolution work on your system: enabling made-to-order solutions, new processes, integrations, changes. No hourly billing: you don’t count hours — the volume is governed by task complexity class, the number of parallel tasks and the work-start SLA.

How do USP tiers differ?

Four tiers — Basic, Standard, Pro, Enterprise — differ in task complexity class, the number of parallel tasks, the work-start SLA and the size of the company the package covers. The higher the tier, the faster the start and the larger the tasks. Current prices and parameters are on the pricing page.

“Unlimited services” — really no limits?

There are no hour limits — we don’t count them. Volume management is honest and transparent: tasks queue within your tier’s number of parallel tasks, each within the tier’s complexity class, and the start of work is guaranteed by SLA. That keeps “unlimited” a working mechanism, not a marketing word.

What can we configure ourselves, without the USP?

A lot: the System Administrator manages org structure, roles, directories, templates, standard fields, users, branding and notifications in the Admin Panel — no coding and no USP needed. The USP is for developer-level work: new workflows, integrations, AI tuning, architectural changes. Administrator training is part of standard implementation.

When is the USP mandatory?

When you need solutions outside the license catalog: budgeting, regulatory documents, collegial-body meetings, electronic audit, CRM and ITSM are enabled through the USP of the appropriate tier. The USP also covers configuring specialized AI agents for your processes. For standard work on catalog solutions, no USP is required.

We are a very large company — is one USP package enough?

One package covers a company up to its tier’s employee cap. For larger organizations the multi-package rule applies: an additional package is added and capacities combine — parallel tasks are summed and the best SLA applies. The Sales team will propose a configuration for your structure.
