d8n Assistant — your personal AI helper at work
The first helper for every employee. It helps you run your space in d8n.ai: analyses documents, drafts replies, manages your calendar and mail. Its job is to take the routine out of your work.

An employee’s morning with the Assistant
The Assistant starts working before you ask it anything: a morning briefing arrives on schedule, and from there you simply message it in the messenger.
A digest of incoming mail: which letters await a reply, what is urgent, what can wait. It drafts replies from the context of the thread.
Documents
Documents awaiting approval and signature, assignments coming due. It finds the right contract by meaning — “the one Ivanov wrote about in March”.
Calendar
The day plan: meetings, free rooms, time clashes. It books the meeting and invites people itself.
Your “yes”
Anything that changes data — a letter, a document, a booking, a meeting — is a draft first, then your confirmation. Without it the Assistant sends nothing.
The assistant doesn’t reply in a separate window — it works inside your d8n space, under your control and with a full audit trail.
Questions about the Assistant
Is the Assistant included in the license?
Yes. d8n Assistant is included in the Enterprise Edition license and attached to every user with a full license — there is no separate fee for the agent. Terms and prices are on the pricing page.
What can the Assistant see of my data?
Only what you can see. The Assistant acts on your behalf with your access rights: it cannot see someone else’s document and has no “superuser”. Every action is recorded in the audit trail.
Can the Assistant send something without me?
No. Anything that changes data — a letter, a document, a room booking, a meeting — goes in two steps: a draft first, then your explicit confirmation.
What if the answer is not in the documents?
The Assistant says so: “not found”. Answers from documents and the knowledge base come with a link to the source — it is not allowed to make things up instead.
Can I tailor the Assistant to me?
Yes. You set the schedules — a morning briefing, a mail digest, reminders — and separate skills are added to the Assistant without coding.
