No, it is a made-to-order solution enabled through the USP subscription: the audit plan, checklists and finding routes are tailored to your methodology — internal audit, internal control or industry requirements. The base license still provides the full infrastructure of documents, routes and action audit.
How does an audit run in the system?
Through the full cycle: an audit is planned, run by checklists, and observations and findings are recorded directly in the system with a route — an owner, a deadline, a remediation status. Management sees a single picture across all audits instead of scattered files and reports.
How is finding remediation controlled?
Every finding is a task with an owner and a deadline: the system reminds, shows status and doesn’t let a finding get lost between the report and remediation. Reports are generated automatically. The specialized Executive agent builds an audit-and-risk summary for management (rented separately).
