Which AI agents are already included in Enterprise Edition at no extra cost?
The base agents are included out of the box: Assistant, Records, Meetings and Support. Semantic search is provided by the platform Knowledge Steward. Specialized agents (Finance, HR, Legal and others) are a paid add-on.
Which specialized agents are available, and how do they differ from the base ones?
The catalog: HR, Finance, Legal, Executive, Sales, Marketing. Base agents cover the platform’s general scenarios; specialized ones do deep work in their function: invoice checks, HR processes, contracts, executive summaries. They are rented per company (not per seat) with a daily token pool included; configuration to your processes is done through the USP.
How much does a specialized agent cost?
A specialized agent (Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Executive) is rented per company, with a daily token pool included in the price; beyond the pool — token packages or your own model (BYO-LLM). Configuration to your processes is done through the USP. Current figures are on the pricing page.
How is agent work controlled? Can an agent do something without people knowing?
An agent works through the same access rights as employees, sees only permitted data, and significant actions pass under human control. Every step is recorded in the audit trail. The agent doesn’t “hallucinate” its way around — it performs real platform operations: register, find, draft, set a task.
Can we use our own language model (BYO-LLM)?
Yes. You can connect leading external models (including Claude and ChatGPT) or a private local model. With BYO-LLM, tokens are counted on your side: d8n token fees and limits don’t apply. Agents still work in the same governed perimeter — with your access rights, documents and audit.
What happens when the included token pool runs out?
Work doesn’t stop abruptly: beyond the included pool you add token packages, or switch to your own model (BYO-LLM) — then d8n limits don’t apply. Consumption is transparent to the administrator. Included pools: per user per month for the subscription, per agent per day for specialized agents.
How is a d8n AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions next to the work; a d8n agent works inside the process and drives it to a result: registers, approves, drafts documents, sets tasks — under human control and with a full audit trail. It sees the context — rights, documents, history — so it acts rather than advises.
