A lot: the System Administrator manages org structure, roles, directories, templates, users, branding and notifications in the Admin Panel — no coding and no USP needed. Administrator training is part of standard implementation. The USP is for developer-level work: new workflows, integrations, AI tuning.

Three things: the USP subscription (adaptation and made-to-order solutions), specialized agent rental, and token packs if you exceed the included pool (or BYO-LLM — then no d8n token fees). Yes. Large rollouts and strategic clients get an individual configuration — license volume, USP composition, SLA and terms are shaped for the organization by the Sales team. For “licenses on the balance sheet” requests there is a perpetual on-prem license — arranged through Sales only.

Yes, and they are tied to scale and term rather than promotions: license volume, total contract value and multi-year contracts earn a progressive discount under a transparent policy. Final terms are fixed in the proposal — ask the Sales team for a calculation for your configuration.
