Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Documentolog LLP (the "Operator", "we") processes personal data of visitors to the websites d8n.ai, d8n.kz, www.deyton.uz and their subdomains, including demo.d8n.ai and account.d8n.ai (the "Websites"). Processing is carried out in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Its Protection".

1. Data We Collect

Data you provide yourself: name, work email, phone number, company name, role, message text — when filling in Website forms, requesting demo access, or talking to the AI Consultant.

AI Consultant dialogues: conversation content is recorded for quality control, security and follow-up purposes.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language, pages visited and usage events of the Websites and the Demo System. We use our own first-party analytics; data is not shared with third-party advertising platforms.

2. Cookies

The Websites use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies: bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), session support, language preferences. These are required for the Websites to function and do not require consent. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used. If third-party analytics tools are ever added, we will request your consent where applicable law requires it.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process data to: respond to your enquiries and provide consultations; provide access to the Demo System; prepare commercial proposals at your request; improve the Websites, the Demo System and the AI Consultant; ensure security and prevent abuse; send business communications about d8n products (you can opt out of any mailing — every email contains an unsubscribe option, or simply reply "not now").

4. Legal Bases

Processing is based on your consent (expressed by submitting a form or providing data in a dialogue), the need to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and the Operator's legitimate interests (security, product improvement) — to the extent permitted by law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by technical contractors (processors) strictly to the extent necessary for the Websites to operate: infrastructure and protection — Cloudflare, Inc.; transactional email — Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.); AI Consultant response generation — Anthropic, PBC (language model provider). Data may also be disclosed upon lawful request of authorised state bodies.

6. Cross-Border Transfers

The servers of the above processors may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. By providing data you consent to its cross-border transfer to the extent necessary for the purposes in Section 3, in compliance with Law No. 94-V.

7. Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the processing purposes, legal requirements, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever occurs first. Upon your request data is deleted unless its retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: obtain information about the processing of your data; request its correction or deletion; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing communications. Send requests to [email protected] — we will respond within the timeframes established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational safeguards: TLS encryption, role-based access restrictions, bot and automated-attack protection, access logging. The demonstration environment runs on fictitious data.

10. Minors

The Websites are addressed to a business audience and are not intended for persons under 18; we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy; the new version takes effect upon publication on the Websites with its date indicated. Material changes will be additionally highlighted on the Websites.
